In short: try WorkSetu free for 14 days, then pay for a plan monthly or yearly and cancel any time. Your company owns its data. You stay responsible for paying your staff correctly; WorkSetu helps you calculate and prepare it.
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Stratgies ("we", "us"), who runs WorkSetu, and the company that registers for it ("you", "the Customer"). The person who registers confirms they may accept them for that company. Staff who use the app with their employer's account must follow the "Fair use" section.
Your account
- The Owner creates the company on getworksetu.com, adds staff, and is responsible for everything done under the company account.
- Logins (company code, employee ID and password) are personal. Keep passwords secret and remove people who leave.
- Give accurate company and billing details and keep them up to date.
Free trial
A new company gets a free trial of 14 days with all features. No card is needed. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep adding and changing data.
Plans and payment
- Plans, prices, staff limits and included features are shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard.
- You pay in advance for a month or a year, through Stripe (AED) or Razorpay (INR). The plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- Prices exclude taxes such as VAT or GST where they apply.
- If we change a price, the new price applies from your next billing period and we tell you before it does.
- The number of active staff can't go above your plan's limit. Move to a bigger plan to add more.
Cancelling and when a plan ends
- You can cancel any time from the "Plan & billing" section of your dashboard. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
- If a plan ends without renewal, there is a grace period of 7 days. After that the account becomes read-only: you can still see and export your data, but nothing new can be saved until you renew.
- Fees already paid are not refunded for the unused part of a period, except where the law requires it.
- You can delete the company account at any time on the "Delete your account" page. Deletion is permanent.
Your data and your responsibilities
- Your company owns the data it puts into WorkSetu. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for collecting staff data lawfully: tell your staff what WorkSetu records (GPS at check-in, selfie photos, pay details) and get their consent where the law requires it.
- WorkSetu calculates pay from recorded attendance, approved overtime and advances, and prepares WPS salary files. You remain responsible for checking the figures, paying wages on time and submitting WPS files to your bank or exchange house. WorkSetu does not send or hold money.
- Overtime, gratuity and leave figures follow the settings you choose. Check them against the law and your contracts.
Fair use
Customers and their staff must not:
- fake a location or attendance, or check in for someone else;
- try to see data they are not allowed to see, or another company's data;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer WorkSetu, or overload or attack it;
- use WorkSetu for anything unlawful.
Availability and support
We work to keep WorkSetu running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or problems with our providers. Support is by e-mail at hello@getworksetu.com.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, harms other customers or the service, or is used unlawfully. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it or export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or losses caused by wrong data entered by users, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date below and tell Owners about important changes before they take effect. Using WorkSetu after that means you accept the new terms.
